Dr. Jennifer Olsen P.T., D.P.T.
Dr. Jennifer Olsen P.T., D.P.T. is a N.Y.S. Licensed Physical Therapist. She graduated from Hofstra in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts in Natural Science and Psychology. In 2001, she earned a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Downstate Medical Center. While working full-time, Dr. Olsen continued her education and in 2007, she received a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University.
Dr. Olsen has had clinical training in many different settings. She has worked in several hospitals, including Memorial Sloan Kettering, Columbia Presbyterian, and Cohen’s Children’s Hospital. Dr. Olsen has also worked in nursing homes, a Traumatic Brain Injury Center, and private practice settings.
Dr. Olsen also attended the Norton School of Lymphedema and is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. She is also a Certified Kinesio taping Practitioner, Certified Functional Capacity Evaluator, M2-Advanced certified Graston Technique® provider, and has a LSVT BIG® Certification to treat Parkinson’s Patients.
Dr. Kristy Goodman P.T, D.P.T.
Dr. Kristy Goodman P.T, D.P.T. is a N.Y.S. licensed Physical Therapist. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development from Binghamton University in 2001. In 2004, she earned a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Hunter College. Dr. Goodman then went on to pursue her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy graduating from Stony Brook University in 2009.
Dr. Goodman has worked in pediatric and adult outpatient physical therapy settings as well at Good Samaritan and St. Charles Hospitals treating patients in the NICU, PICU, pediatric unit, intensive care units, emergency room care, cardiac, surgical, orthopedic and general medical units within a hospital setting.
Dr. Goodman is certified in FMT performance kinesiology taping, M1 basic training in Graston Technique and has a LSVT big certification to treat patients with Parkinson's Disease.
Dr. Christopher Conrad, P.T., D.P.T.
Dr. Christopher Conrad, P.T., D.P.T. received his undergraduate degree at Temple University and then went on to complete his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at New York Medical College. He brings with him a wealth of experiences ranging from Inpatient ICU care to performance training for athletes. His doctoral research includes the importance of high-quality patient care, cultural competency in diverse patient populations and further studied the area of physical well-being and how it relates to mental health, including the benefits of exercise in treating depression and anxiety.
Dr. Conrad is excited about bringing top quality orthopedic care to the people he shares home with in the Northport-Fort Salonga Area. In order to do this he understands that medical education is an ongoing process and, as such, continues to supplement his university education with courses that include theories of Maitland manual therapy of spine and peripheral joints, McKenzie Diagnosis and Treatment of Lumbar spine, Cervical and Thoracic spine, Therapeutic taping techniques, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Myofascial Trigger Point Release and Active Release Techniques. Dr. Conrad is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Orthopedic section.
Aileen Murray Gallagher, P.T.
Aileen Murray Gallagher, P.T. is a N.Y.S. Licensed Physical Therapist. Aileen graduated from SUNY College at Oneonta in 1989 with a degree in Political Science. In May of 1992, she earned her Bachelor in Science of Physical Therapy from SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn.
Aileen has had clinical training in several different settings including Long Island Jewish Medical Center, Physical Therapy Services of Huntington and Visiting Nurse Services of Northport.
Aileen Is a M1-certified Graston Technique provider and working towards her M2-advanced certification.
Erin Postiglione, PTA
Erin Postiglione, PTA received her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Adelphi University in 2013, before pursing her Physical therapist assistant degree from Keiser University in 2017. Erin was a member of the Adelphi university women's field hockey team and utilizes the team work skills she learned on the field and applies them to improving the care of her patients and interaction with staff.
Erin is passionate about her patients recovering as quickly and pain free as possible. In order to do this Erin has obtained certifications in M1 Graston technique, Rock taping technique and Functional movement screening. Erin plans to continue enhancing her skills through continuing education courses to ensure the best care for her patients.
Jack Alexander, L.Ac.
Jack Alexander, L.Ac. is a N.Y.S. licensed Acupuncturist. He has a Master’s degree in Oriental Medicine. He provides services in acupuncture, cupping, guasha and moxa therapies. Additionally, he incorporates herbal and dietary recommendations to his treatments. He has experience treating anxiety/depression, pain management, addiction, gastrointestinal disorders, breathing disorders, tinnitus, skin conditions, age related conditions and much more. Jack has received a certification in the NADA protocol, a acupuncture treatment to help break cycles of addiction and help the body detox. He is experienced with a variety of acupuncture modalities including electroacupuncture, trigger point therapy, weight loss protocols and many others. He has a deep passion for his profession and a love of helping others.
Maria is a N.Y.S. licensed massage therapist and has been practicing massage therapy for 27 years. She is experienced but not limited to medical and sports massage.
Team Rehab Physical Therapy works with clients of all age ranges and diagnoses. Our clinical interests focus around orthopedics, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, aquatic therapy, neurological conditions, lymphedema, Parkinson’s patients and a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions. We enjoy working with our patients to achieve their goals and improve their function and quality of life. We strive to achieve a high quality of care, and are truly concerned with our patients and their recovery.
Team Rehab has provides Physical Therapy services in Fort Salonga and Ronkonkoma. Additionally, in the warmer months we perform Aquatic Physical Therapy in Smithtown.
